Steamed Egg

I'm trying to make an Americanized version of Korean and Chinese steamed eggs. I want a more eggy texture that is still light

i used some carrots, onions, 3 eggs, and a hearty splash of milk. then i topped it with scallions and a slice of cheddar cheese (put on near the end of steaming)

The egg was too eggy and stuck a bit, but I kinda liked it

Steamed eggs in an earthenware bowl (Ttukbaegi gyeranjjim)

i looked at the recipe above and basically just tried to make the korean steamed eggs 2 eggs, half a cup of broth (dashi). top with cheddar and seaweed

This was good but too soft and liquidy for what I want
