Salmon Salad
Makes 2 bowls
0.8-1.0lb of salmon, skin on, cut in half
Greens for salad
1 lemon
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Dill maybe?
- Preheat cast iron on medium
- Put like 1Tbsp of olive oil in the pan
- Place salmon skin side down and briefly fry before swapping heat to low
- Immediately after frying, add seasonings and half a lemon worth of juice
- Fry for like 6 minutes on low
- Flip and fry for like 3-4 more minutes
- Salmon should be mostly cooked with some pink in middle
- Put salmon in a bowl of greens, add remaining half lemon to both lemons and some olive oil
- Add anything else you want to salad
