Salmon Salad

Makes 2 bowls

0.8-1.0lb of salmon, skin on, cut in half

Greens for salad

1 lemon

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Dill maybe?

  1. Preheat cast iron on medium
  2. Put like 1Tbsp of olive oil in the pan
  3. Place salmon skin side down and briefly fry before swapping heat to low
  4. Immediately after frying, add seasonings and half a lemon worth of juice
  5. Fry for like 6 minutes on low
  6. Flip and fry for like 3-4 more minutes
  7. Salmon should be mostly cooked with some pink in middle
  8. Put salmon in a bowl of greens, add remaining half lemon to both lemons and some olive oil
  9. Add anything else you want to salad
