Magic Bars

Ingredients: 1 stack of Graham Crackers 1 stick of butter melted 6oz semi sweet chocolate chips 6oz butterscotch chips 1 1/3 cup of sweetened shredded coconut 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Put graham crackers in a gallon ziplock and crush until they are a fine powder. It's okay if there are some chunks, just try and get it as consistent as you can.
  3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter and graham crackers.
  4. Spray a 9×13×2 pan with non-stick cooking spray or oil.
  5. Spread graham crackers butter mixture across the bottom of the pan to make a crust.
  6. Then spread the chocolate chips over top, then the butterscotch chips, and then sprinkle the coconut over top as even as possible.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over top the whole pan, DO NOT MIX OR SPREAD, JUST POUR IT AS EVEN AS YOU CAN OVER TOP.
  8. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until the top and edges are golden brown.
  9. Cut into squares They can be hard to get out of the pan so just be careful 🙂
