Bok Choy

Suggested serving size: 1-2 bok choy per person

Ingredients

1 bok choy

2 garlic cloves

oil

sesame oil

soy sauce

1-2 bok choy per person

Procedure

  1. roughly mince garlicrinse and quarter bok choy
  2. fry garlic in peanut oil until fragrant
  3. add bok choy, splash with sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to coat
  4. cover for 1-2 minutes
