Ingredients
1 bok choy
2 garlic cloves
oil
sesame oil
soy sauce
1-2 bok choy per person
Procedure
- roughly mince garlicrinse and quarter bok choy
- fry garlic in peanut oil until fragrant
- add bok choy, splash with sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to coat
- cover for 1-2 minutes
